Arkansas Revocation of Power of Attorney for Care of Child
This is a revocation of the power of attorney for the care and custody of a child or children provided for in Form AR-P007. A Power of Attorney can be revoked by the principal at any time, as long as he or she is competent. This form complies with all state statutory laws.

A revocation of a power of attorney terminates the authority of the attorney-in-fact/agent to make decisions concerning the child/children.
The parent granting the power of attorney can withdraw (revoke) the power at any time, even before the expiration date of the power of attorney. It is best that the withdrawal be in writing. The parent withdrawing the power must be sure to fill out a revocation form and deliver it to the person granted the power of attorney. The withdrawal is effective immediately upon delivery.
